    I like this one but it hurts my head! The ones with four or more different things to do arduous very confusing for this uncoordinated old woman! If you could suggest an alternative for the complicated ones that would be great. I love your channel so much.💖

    Ps. I just tried slowing the speed down to 75% and I could follow much better. I’m just not sure I’m getting as much cardio workout but that’s okay. Thanks Curtis for all you’re doing.
