I did your video for the first time today to try and get in better shape but take it easy on the knees. I loved your workout it was easy but not too easy. I’LL BE BACK!!!

I am so grateful for this workout! I am 60 yrs old overweight and unfit. I have no desire to kill myself as I get fitter. I have been chronically ill for 25 yrs, and last year I was cured. However I am in the most terrible condition and need to fight back. I did this exercise for the first time this morning and I could do it from start to finish….once again thank you for your kindness, thoughtfulness and the hope you’ve given me 🙂

I liked this workout it gives a good tempo and can easily be used as a warm-up
Approximately four months ago, I found this video. As a 77 year old at that time, I was out of shape as well as carrying too much weight. By watching my diet and using this video, I have lost 25 pounds. I have been maintaining this weight for the passed couple months and use this video every morning before I do anything else for the day. I have tried many other workouts; but, for my age, this one is for me.

Just to say a big “Thank You”, I started using your vids on January 1st and do the exercises every other day, and can honestly say I feel a lot better and more supple/flexible which I particularly notice when gardening, also my posture has now improved. . So, again a big ” Thank You” from England.
