    This is the best exercise. I’m starting to lose weight. So far I have lost 70 pounds. I’m at a plateau between 196 and 203. I need to get down below 200 again. O. Seeing my in September and I want to be at my goal weight of 175.

    I CAN DO THIS!! Thank you, Curtis!! I am a baby-boomer with arthritis in my lumbar spine. I own many workout DVD’s, mostly chair yoga. While these are beneficial, I wanted something that would fit the following perameters: (1) doesn’t require me to get down on the floor (there’s a lot of that in yoga) (2) a workout that would challenge me, but not be impossible (3) get my heart rate up a bit (4) enable me to do the workout in a chair, if I needed to.
    Your workout did ALL of these! Thanks so much! You are a Godsend! Bless you!
