Thank you so much for this. I have just been diagnosed as Type 2 Diabetic and am trying to take control of the situation and start some exercise to aid weight loss. This seated regime is great for me because if I lay on the floor I become very dizzy. I felt the muscles working in this workout unlike another site I tried. Brilliant will definitely do more of yours.
I’m 66, have Type 2 Diabetes, and am so very, very overweight. I have trouble motivating myself to exercise. But, I just LOVED this video. Actually, it’s not the exercises (surprise) as it is who’s leading them. Excellent, Joshua. You have a “way” about you!

I’m 57 with Type 2 Diabetes..Since i have peripheral neuropathy in both legs and feet..This is exactly the kind of exercises that is right for me .. Ty Coach (i also do the 14 min chair exercises)

how many time a day is twice a day is ok or three time?
Once a day is sufficient but if you’d like to repeat the video and make it a 34 minute workout, you can definitely do that.
i am suffering from a prolapsed L5 disc so i can’t do a lot of the workouts on Youtube.
but this is a great work out that i can do.

So happy to find your workout videos. I am interested in the cardio warm-up and the 17 min chair exercise. I have 4 more weeks of restrictions following spinal surgery, but on my next doctor visit I am going to ask for permission to begin these workouts as soon as restrictions are lifted.
