Great stretching advice.
Wow! I’m not yet 50 and am not even half as flexable as this lady! Does anyone know where I can find a simple 10 min streching routine I could do in the morning and evenings? Some just seem to take too long. Please just give me a 10 or 15 min routine that will leave me good to go!
