Um, seriously? I’m not a senior but I wouldn’t take advice from two people that young. You don’t have anybody the proper age to teach / demonstrate?
what a senior person would be able to sit down like the guy did? If he/she can, why would he/she need a ‘senior yoga`.? This yoga class could be for beginners but not for elderly.
You don’t need to do exactly as they show it on video but you have to see how it is should be and you will be able to do if you practice.
If the teacher is a elder person , he/she will be able to do the exact movements are these guys show. Doesn’t matter the age of the teacher as long as it is a good teacher.
Try and work , it will be sensitive at first but with time and practice you will feel only better. Don’t give up!
