      Hi Bora 65, I hope you are well. The exercise program that you see are clips from the TV Show A New Way 2 Move so I cant show the whole video. I just shipped some DVDs out of the country and I was suprise that it did not cost as much as I suspected. About 15 to 25 dollars extra! Visit THank YOU!
