Just an update. After doing this exercise this morn I have to say it’s one of the best programmes for us seniors that I’ve done. Wonderful pace and clear instructions. I shall do this everyday if possible. Will you be uploading any more full and complete workouts? These fit the bill brilliantly. Thanks so much for these as we don’t have anything like this here in the UK.

In fact, I’m not senior but sometime I can’t follow… It is very easy to carry out I can do it at home.
I try to follow Convict Conditioning but it is too hard for me.

Thank you so much for these videos. I am 55 and had surgery two years ago to repair a brain aneurysm. I gave up hope of finding exercises I can do. These are perfect! No floor work, no pressure on shoulders and neck. Helping me to regain my strength! Love them!

Probably similar except for the workouts that I really focus on cardio. Also, I would assume my advanced workout would also be more.
