I’ve just found your channel, yes, I have subscribed 😉…I love my water and I drink heaps! I think it keeps one young ☺️ I add strawberries, lemon ,oranges or mint to a jug and leave it on my kitchen bench as I prefer my drinks to be room temperature. 🙋🏻♀️🕊

If you feel thirsty, then you are already dehydrated. Also as we age our sense of thirst lessens greatly so we can’t rely on, “But I don’t feel thirsty.” Drink enough that your urine is pale yellow but not clear. If it’s concentrated at all or darker, up your intake of water. When I get tired, headachy, little grumpy and hungry when I know I shouldn’t be, I know it’s water I need. Marry it to something you do frequently. On your phone/computer often…drink then. Watch TV alot? Every commercial break sip water. Maybe top of the hour/bottom of the hour when your clock chimes? Or set an alarm. If you are always up for a nibble make sure you get your water first then nibble away. Cheers!

Definitely know that when I’m tired in the middle of the day, hydrating by drinking water helps more than coffee to wake me up and get my mind back on track.
I try to drink 2 liters of water throughout a day and I have to run to the bathroom just about every hour or two. So I know from my experience that it really does increase my bathroom trips. It’s annoying when I’m out and about and have to find restrooms all the time. But, it’s still one of the most important things I can take into my body so I keep drinking it!
What helps motivate me to drink more water is this,… I was told years ago that drinking water is giving your insides a shower. That mental image really helps a lot. Hope this helps someone too. ✨

This site and videos have been a life saver for me since my husband died in 2017. I use the Aging Beautifully cards and they are uplifting. I take supplements and exercise daily and water is my main drink. I love drinking HINT which is a water that is flavored with fruit oils only. No artificial sweeteners. I use filtered water at home too. When I worked I always had water at my desk. After my massage I always have a cup or bottle of water or some green tea. In restaurants I only drink water. I bring water in my car when I’m driving. So its always around when I need it.
Margret , thank you for sharing this video. I love my coffee in the morning and a cup of tea in the afternoon but I absolutely love my water during the day. Water is essential in our daily lives. As you have said our body is made up of water and like a car that needs gas in order to keep it running, water is what keeps our bodies going as well. I drink nearly a gallon of water a day and don’t go to the bathroom very often. It’s like cleaning out my insides and all the water goes to keep my organs safe. This was a great video. Thank you!
